Just want to apologise to all the EFM Lads for not turning up on Monday, really bad form. Its the second time i've been ready to go and watch thenot so mighty saints and then got to the train station and decided not to bother next time i wont make any promises i'll jst turn up.

When i said i decided not to bother it was after i was told that i would have to get a 1 hour bus journey to Reading and then pay £28 for the pleasure. No lies all 100% true.

I'm riding about 4 times a week now so i'm actually getting pretty good. The boys getting really fit now and is starting to respond alot quicker too.

 

Trying to convince Lucy that Alban should come to St Albans rather than Hectar.

 

Got any ideas how i could get a video copy of the 1996 Grand National i'd love to see Alban racing in it.

Try looking on Ebay (it's possible but unlikely) or doing a search on Grand National Fan Websites.

maybe the rider had to get a bus to the track so stayed at home to do the shopping.. er i mean couldnt make it there in time for the extra 28 sheets.. ;-)
