brimsdown rovers showed the under 19s total respct by bringing a very strong side for this friendly played in driving rain...brimsdown started much the stronger and had the young urchins chasing shadows for the 1st 10 mins.on 8 mins ket made a fantastic challenge after the brimsdown forward had beaten madden in the hornchurch goal.

 

a great sean dear ball sent danny gill away on the left and his cross somehow missed the 3 urchin players in the box.hornchurch were now at match pace after a slow start and began to play the ball around and some good football was played.

 

the 2 nd half started with a fantastic passage of play by hornchurch 5 quick passes see danny gill break down the left wing and his pin point cross was headed just over by deje from 12 yards.both side missed chances before on 78 mins dean roberts found ket 30 odd yards out and ket seeing the keeper of his line let fly with a great dipping shot that had the keeper back peddling only to see the ball hit the underside of the bar and into the empty net..

 

this was a good display by hornchurch against a very strong powerful side. special mention to the hornchurch back line of ..tiffin..williams..ket ..and sean dear who look the total package..
