Sawbo v ASDA - Sat

 

Sawbo beat ASDA with a penalty with 15 mins to go. A hard fought game that lacked the quality needed to unlock the defences. All credit to ASDA for playing beyond their current league postion although I feel we were worthy winners ..Just.

 

Sawbo v Eton Manor - Mon

 

Manor had the better of the first exchanges and could have been at least two goals to the good in the first 15 mins. Gradually Sawbo took control and in teh latter half of the first period did play some great one touch football which led to two fine goals even a volley from Wheeler to delight the Sawbo hordes(!)- Nice step over mate! Manor battled right to the end but apart from the odd set piece or long ball never really looked like getting back into it.

 

Im all 4 goals 6 points non against can't complain.

 

Well played both Manor and ASDA.Should be a different proposition when Wabbey come to town next Tuesday

pullen has left you lot hasnt he? i rate wes quite highly but as a striker, when we played you last he played on the wing!

He has gone to Beroxboure VD or someone!

When he was on blob he was great but very frustating at times.

its broxbourne boro v & e, they play about two mins from my house! lovely pitch and a bit of money. surely him and pikey would of been a great partnership?

It had at the start of the season but has steadily got worse. Too many games on it. Ladies ressies and us - They are planning re turfing for next year rather than just seeding also they have had to dig it up a bit to sort out the drainage but that's all done now.
