Is it true that our ground isn't up to scratch and therefore like Lewes no chance of play offs even if we qualify?

What a nonsense this is as well, that if Lewes remain in the play off zone it will be 1 from 3, ie they won't go down to lower than 5th. Team who finish 2nd get a bye to the final. A farce!!

It's all a bit of a farce. Why have play offs in the first place if half of the clubs don't have the facilities to go up!!

Interesting to note that Cambridge City has a capacity limit of only two thousand, (this was the limit imposed for this season's FA Cup match), but is presumably up to standard.

It's been a difficult season. Hopefully we will survive and learn some harsh lessons from this season and improve next year.

You must be rakeing in the cash up there though ? Have your gates increased.

Kind of but that's only really because we're getting more away supporters through the gates. Our average last season was just below 600. This season it's about 820 so most games we've got over 600 home fans through the turnstiles.

Good luck to ya! You're one of the only non-league clubs I know who have grown in a sensible way. Sure you have had a money man but he has never thrown money at you. Canvey have taken their time to grow. No quick fixes. Well done......( You haven't got a few quid going spare. Have you ? )

Kingy has never thrown money at the problem. He has his contacts within the game and has managed to attract some decent players to the club but I doubt any of them were being paid a massive wodge.
