Bank Holiday Ramble!

Recommended Posts

My view and it is well known to etfc & wabbey officials - Why should players and officials of non-participating clubs be allowed in to watch for free? Town don't get bar money only gate, programme, games and souveniers.

League and immediate opponent officials should be free all else pays.

When I go to other ESL clubs I have paid all this season because I know how important that money is to each club and their aspirations. And let's be honest 90 minutes entertainment for £4 or £5 is good value for money even against the physical sides.

Don't be mean support ESL football whoever the team! <img src="/forum/images/graemlins/applaus.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/forum/images/graemlins/applaus.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/forum/images/graemlins/applaus.gif" alt="" />

I am sure that most people will look forward to any players from any team attending the game tomorrow as it will help with the gate receipts. Gone are the days when people could watch the Town games for free when we did not have the infrastructure. Now we have a boundary fence, turnstiles and Jim collecting everyone's money.

Whats the proceedure with 'free ESL passes'.Can players and officials only get in free to a game IF its their club that are playing,or can officials and players of one team get in free to any ESL game ?

Clubs are given 12 passes. 2 of these are for Chairman and Secretary. These two passes entitle them two club officials to watch any game in the ESL anywhere at any time. The others are committee passes and can only be used when the teams play each other. (is that clear?) Players have no right for example to go to Enfield today and watch your game free, they pay like everyone else.
