We are 3rd in the Current Form table based on the last 6 games - only Barnet & Woking have better records.

 

We are now within range of Daggers & Scarborough, if we win games in hand, and are edging ever closer to Crawley, whose form seems to be dropping off - with our remaining fixtures, we could still conceivably finish as top Part Time Team.

 

And we could also still outdo our 57 points from last season.

 

So its not all bad is it?

Yes, its funny how at the start of the season, when we played all the teams now at the bottom, our form was excellent then when we played the top teams our form dipped dramatically and now we are back playing the likes of Tamworth, Canvey, Northwich and Scarborough (after Leigh the worst away record in the league)we are suddenly one of the form sides again.

The trouble with form tables is there is no weighting on the quality of the opposition....of course whoever we are playing it is much nicer to win than lose but we should remember that Halifax, the one quality side that we have played recently gave us a good spanking.

An improvement of 11 points so let's not put ourselves down
