Just got back from the game against Grays, we were awful, defending was woeful, there was no communication between the players and they don't seem to know how much [****!!****] we are in, as proven by Clarke's beaming smile he had at the end of the game. The atmosphere was excellent from the MFC fans, but whilst we lack so much in defence and midfield (we miss Annon) i am seriously worried about where this season is going to have us end up

Your going to have to trust me on this one, what worries me as well is the state of the team, we seem quite happy to play Oates for 20 and risk him but not Green. When Barnett came on for edwards we looked so much more assured. We lack players who tackle. Clarke, Benevides, Charalambous, with Watson Che and Rocky is too much and leaves us too exposed. Watson was very good tho, best ive seen him play and lasted the full 90. Best of luck to nej as well for tomorrow. Trego dived out of the way for the first two goals, he should be diving at the ball, not just for the hope of getting in the way

Ball control and slick passing is what is needed too i.m.o. The simple ball to feet. The quick one-two's. No more taking that extra touch. Shoot on sight. Get forward and make them play in their OWN half. Push up to half-way line if nessasary hence taking the pressure of a suspect defence. Smother that midfield against a side with midfield problems of late. More attack-minded play. Keep the pressure on the opposition's defences. Go for challenges more. Win the ball in the air(especially those up front). Attack the full backs. If in front continue to push forward and not sit back. Play with more width(old fashioned wingers are sorely missing).
