Im thinking very positive today (after Tuesday, we need to) And we are gonna win 3-1 against Carlisle Utd on Friday afternoon, its our turn to have a bit of luck--run of the ball etc, and I reckon we will win. Happy Easter!!

What a weekend, can it get any better follow this for a sad ba&*ards weekend.

 

I am home from work at 2.00pm after popping into sainsburys to buy a bottle of scotch (ignore all of my posts after 6.00pm thursday).

 

Friday morning shower shave [****!!****] until about 10.00, Big dave arrives at 11.30 of we go to Canvey, couple of pints of stella Carlisle get bashed 3 - 1. I have had a bet on the result and spend the evening drinking my winnings.

 

Saturday again slow to get out of bed although I am up early, potter around wave off the wife to her mums as prepare for the england match, couple of pints curry, heaven.

 

Sunday need a rest read the papers back page first before eating a hearty fry up. The Tsunami match is on, couple of pints with the old man up the irish club snooze.

 

Monday up before lunch after all I am off to Barnet.

Well whilst were on the subject and we have some positive thinking - I'll let you know about Barnet.

 

Hughe support from the Yellow army - friendly banter with the Barnet fans who start to book caravan holidays on the island via Jeff on the touchline. They copy our supporters club idea about the choclates and offer free candy floss to the Yellow Army to make us feel at home (free can of Stella to wash it down)

 

They don't cancel their holidays even after a 5-0 thrashing. Barnet fans come onto the forum acknowledging that they played their best but on the day their team was totally outclassed by the boys from the Island. <img src="/forum/images/graemlins/rockon.gif" alt="" />
