Why dear oh dear? Hill did OK at Hornchurch, pretty well over all at Daggers. Calder's not a bad man to have at a club either. Slightly surprised that he's getting back into the football management side of things though. Not sure the hot-seat at Weymouth is one I'd be desparate to sit in though, 3rd manager this season isn't it?
