A Little more room please!!!!!!

Firstly, well done to the boys last night. Without pointing out the obvious I thought the way they conducted themselves against a team of so called wannabe professionals (thugs) was admirable.

 

Secondly if anyone from the club reads this please please please is it possible to make more room for the seats in the stand. I am a centre stand season ticket holder and at the end of the season will either suffer from arthritis or need my ears replacing as my knees will rub them off.

 

Up the fleet!!!!!!!

Thugs? Bit strong, two committed teams who have as good as they got - if you think that is thuggery, you are going to love Doncaster!

 

Do you honestly think that they are going to move the seats in the stand for you? I have never heard anything like it!

I thought the only really bad tackle was the one in the first 5 minutes that the Dagenham left back got booked for. The rest of the game was just hard fought as you would expect, although thanks for that should go to both sets of players rather than the ref who didn't have a clue what was going on.

I think he was referring to the 'american football-style' tackle in the box in the second half which was probably the most blatant claim for a penalty of the lot, when their player had hold of his opposition's shirt and bear-hugged him to the ground to stop him geting a shot in.

 

Unfortunately. the useless man in black was poorly positioned to see the offence, as was the linesman.

I was trying not to name names, but I only wish it had been their keeper..... perhaps his yellow shirt would have stood out amongst the throng of players and the short-sighted man in black would have actually seen the incident!!!

 

Still, we'll just have to beat Hereford instead.
