Both had excellent games. Drury back to his scintillating best and Buncey looked frighteningly strong. Both of their goals were first class.

Perhaps towering performances like that will keep the moronic boo boys off their backs for a couple of days.

I can only think these people are jealous of his talent. Even Bishops Stortford fans were saying he was our best player the other night. I really can't see us holding on to him if it continues. Are they really Gravesend supporters?

Hes not as good as Jimmy Bullard in my opinion, and he only made the Championship with Wigan through a long hard road.

 

Cant really see a Premiership club being interested in him without lower league experience - as Bullard found, even at the lesser Premiership clubs, its hard to breakthrough, as clubs tend to buy in talent.

 

Incidentally, cracking goal from Bullard last week at Brighton.

i think Drury will move on perhaps to a full time conference team like Hatch did, he has a long way to go yet.

Jimmy Bullard played in midfield for Wigan at Gillingham recently was very effective.

I thought that both of them played well, superb touch to control the ball before firing it past the keeper. Fastest goal in the conference it was. 77 seconds!

 

Bunce was strong at the back, it was a shame we lost Porter after the way he played on Tuesday.
