Super-sub Darren Watson gets my vote. Only had some decent attacks after he'd been brought on, what I wouldn't give for Darren to be able to play a whole game...

Okay, I'll admit I voted for Rocky. Thought he worked damned hard over a large part of the pitch on Saturday. He had one good effort in the first half where he shot on the turn from the edge of the area. Yeah, I could have voted for Darren but just thought Rocky gets overly criticised by far too many supporters when in fact he has been giving his all of late and certainly contributes more than I thought I saw at the start of the season. Just my amateur opinion of course and I thought it was a free vote!

And my amateurish opinion of his work-rate and contribution on saturday was as you say,one good shot,one good pass and nothing else.He was abysmal and I for one only comment on what someones form on the day is regardless of any sympathies towards them. Voting because someone gets stick, rightful stick, surely isnt right.

You can always omit him from the voting form in future if you don't think him worthy. If I'd seen a stellar performance from anyone else on saturday they would have got my vote but with the best will in the world I really didn't see an obvious star. Personally surprised that there are votes for Trego given his role in the goal that decided the result but hey we all have our own opinions and motives. Long live democracy!

Cant see that anyone can put the blame on PT.A keeper makes one mistake,the team pays for it,its up to the midfield and strikers to take the presure off the defence and boy o boy could they have done that on Saturday.

I'm with Margate Don on this one.

Whilst i did not vote for Rocky, on saturday he had a far better game than CHe or Moses,but that does not make Che a poor player-he just had a quiet game.

Sometimes Rocky will have a quiet game.

 

A week ago Rocky messed up v Hornchurch.

This week PT messed up(twice in a week).

unfortunately.

 

People have good games and poor games.

 

My personal view` was Rocky had a decent game saturday.

 

What is unfair though is that he (again imo) gets unfair crticism.Unfortunately, our expectations of him are too high, and he is saddled with that.

Very good player Rocky is.Superstar he is not.

I have just deleted my post because I was gettin worked up. We are at the same games alright its just that I say it as I see it.

You can see no wrong in this man no matter what he does and that clouds your judgement. He is all we have at the moment and therefore his form will continue to be looked at closely, and we have to hope he snaps out of it in time to help our cause on the pitch. We really do need him back to form and quickly.

When he does the buisness again,as I am sure he will someday then rest assured he will get my praise then too.

Thats all from me about this for now but I would be over the moon to see him come good again.Lets hope its sooner rather than later.

while i never voted for rocks, i feel there were far worse performances on the pitch, i think you know who im talking about. anyhow rocky is either hot or cold and hes haaving a cold spot. dont forget he is still 1 of the top 10 strikers in the conf south..
