What is going to happen if.............?

As just an ordinary supporter, my reading of our situation was ,that some one was going to finance the building of a very basic football stadium at HP just to enable MFC to carry on playing in the Conference South next season. The Conference not allowing us any further ground sharing arrangements with any one.But what happens if we are relegated through this time our playing record? Whatever league we go into would they allow us to ground share some where? Is this the reason absolutely nothing appears to be happening at HP.Are the powers within, money men, stadium advisers, Mr Lever, proect partners or whoever they call themselves, now waiting to see if rebuilding, and landing the club with a massive loan which imo they will struggle to repay may not be necessary, as we will may not be in the Conference next season.Just a thought thats all, because imo relegation is now a real possibility!!!!!!! <img src="/forum/images/graemlins/mad.gif" alt="" />

The club will have a lot of angry people to answer to if no work is started before the end of this month. We supporters can only take so much and if they do the dirty on us now after we have stuck by them through thick and thin during the past 3 years at Dover and Ashford then they will have next to nobody watching them next season if they are not playing at HP. They will lose my support for sure.

KP said to me today that all is in hand and that before the end of the month the builders WILL be in. Just a small finalisation about the gradient of the pitch and the levelling out to be sorted, on paper, and the work will commence.I have no reason to disbelieve him but I understand the frustration by everyone to see SOMETHING happening. Guess we just have to wait a week or so and have faith. As for relegation from on the pitch I still have faith that we will survive to continue in this league next year.Just a bit of luck up front,a little more adventurous play and some training ground practice at playing simple one touch balls, and ball control.
