If baptiste doesnt get off his [****!!****] and get his act together and stop missing easy chances then we are done and dusted.Chances must be turned into goals.

I worry that hussains not up to the job with trego suspended and with all the injuries we havnt got a hope in hell. We need our best players fit, Trego back from suspension and rocky turning chances into goals or we'll be back where we started when chris kinnear started with the club. We've done our bit to keep things going so its up to the players to find that magic now.

i agree eyeball it isnt going to be easy but the teams directly below havnt got the easiest of runs, with real guts i belive we can grind out enough points for safty. and with some luck the tems below get hammered each week <img src="/forum/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" />

just need to keep behind the team and keep faith.

if we do go down its not the fault ofthe defence but the forwards who just cannot score. it is also a shame that che has been wasted in midfieldas he is our best striker by a mile i would rather see baptiste there where he would have to do a bit of work rather than just wandering about doin nothing

OK Legend get your point,but I am really peed off with anons coming on here every time the Gate get done with some stupid questions.That game ment a lot to the true MFC fans,so much that CK left the ground 5 mins before the game was over.OK I am sorry for saying what I did to the anon,slapon the wrist time Its because I care a lot about our club,everyone has got the right to there opions and perhaps I went OTP.BTW they only had 2/3 tap backs to PT.

Trying to find some positives.

 

We were way above them in class and are against most teams at home. Of course we lack confidence but we have the players.

 

We will go down if we dont win a min of 3 more games and draw one. Thats a min.

 

 

 

We wont be bottom and ST Albans is a must win.

 

Lets face it if we cant win two or three we deserve to go down.

 

Of course there is the 'are the other teams able to come up' scenario which might come in to play along with our sit. If our ground does not start in the next four weeks our results wont matter anyway.

 

It is not going to be pleasent the next six weeks but there you are. Stick in there we have the players to do it. When the going gets tough etc.

 

I'll happily take 19th place which is one place lower than we are now. <img src="/forum/images/graemlins/blush.gif" alt="" />

I thought Barnett was a positive in defensive midfield.He gave a bit of power to the midfield, but unfortunately no-one else was on song in midfield.

 

If only we could get Oates consistently fit and above all, i think we desperately miss Gradley in midfield-just gives a bit of guile to complement Clarke

im sorry but we are not above anyone in class. apart from jk ac and mabe rs and cs we are very poor and would struggle in the league below us.it is not the fault of ck but of the greedy sod who gave the nod to demolishing hartsdown and i think we all know who that is.

Agree on that score. No-one needs to tell me who, above anyone, is to blame for this delay and badly worked out strategy but it was the man you mention that wanted the ground knocked down and then when things didnt look as they were going in his favour decided to jump ship and leave us stranded. Good job this club have a fine crew and fine people running the ship.
