I thought i might aswell start the thread and be the first to state the obvious that this is a must must win game for the Gate.

 

We need more than 50 points and winnable games are runninmg out.

 

Realistically, you cant see us getting any points from grays, Cambridge and Bognor away.

EWe can't win away from home and the home games are tough aswell.

I do think we are in some trouble here, and vital for 3 points saturday.

If Greg oates is unfit, i'd rather see Che at right wing back, than Alex Ch.

He did ok at Crawley.Credit to CK and Che for thinking that one out-it worked pretty well

 

In fairness, Benevides also had a quiet game at left wing back; which is probably a good sign that he was untroubled by their attack down that flank, and needs to take credit for keeping it quiet and uneventful

I agree we need to win on Saturday, but I would not rule out the chance of grabbing points from some of the higher placed teams. We always seem to play much better against the better teams, and who knows, we could cause an upset or two if luck runs with us.

Cambridge – and possibly Eastbourne by the time we play them – are as good as in the play-offs, so they will have nothing to play for.
