where I can get non league football Archives of results? People seem to have this info but won't publish it on a site so that when they realise a book with all this information in they can can sell shed loads.

Yeah I tried that, it goes back to the begining of the conference only. I need Gravesend Uniteds and Northfleet Uniteds results from right back when the non league began.

But it angers me that this info is out there but no one wants to do anything with it.

 

It's not just non league, the football league is also difficult to find but I have all that info now on three seperate sites.

 

I can't see how no one would want to make this info available to people.

Try the Southern League centenary book , if you can still find it . It was out in 1994 and has every result and league table from 1894 in it.

Obviously, GNFC results back to 1946 are available in the Golden Jubilee year book. It's not back that far, but it's a start...

The Southern League book is available on some on line sites , but the price has gone up from the original £20 .

I'm not sure if you've ever seen an anorak but the pockets, I believe are rather small, or at least not big enough to fit a huge book of stats in.

Nols has posted info about a book published which would be ideal and exactly what I'm looking for, along with others suggesting such titles as the non league tables since whenever, and the GNFC Jubilee yearbook. Also if you look in the back of the non-league paper then you will see adverts for such books. So theres obviously a market for this sort of thing. If this angers you why not start a campaign, I'm sure you and your chavvy little mates will all sign the petition.

Don't want to bore you but many many years ago I actually copied all Fleets'

results from 1946 to sometime in the mid 1960s, I was only a mere slip of a lad and I knew an old guy who kept such records in an exercise book, I know I have these books in my loft somewhere,so if you need any info just ask.

Have you tried putting Gravesend United and Nortfleet United into Google, your find a lot of info. going back to 1897.
