.. if the content of the "Enfield FC in the 60's" DVD that Dave Hicks has recently been selling, is derived from the private 16mm film that Arthur Lambert made, and was shown publicly, at least once, in the old Florida cinema in Enfield Town?

I think so. Most of the end credits are 'Arthur F Lambert', so unless he did some other stuff I assume this is the one you're talking about.
