Tonight I wanted to buy a pair of trainers, so I visited this company at Lakeside, on display 70% off, saw the pair I wanted, £8.99, took them to the till, £11.99 said the person behind the till, sorry mate £8.99, after going away no mate £11.99, paid the money but went back to the stand, £8.99, called over an assistant, we have marked them up wrong, they are £11.99, sorry mate NO WAY, I was getting the [****!!****] by now, called over the supervisor, best see the manager, yes £8.99, back upstairs, till man said, get the supervisor, then said get the manager, then he instructed the till man, BLOODY HELL, came out totally p!ssed off, joke is my son works in JB SPORTS

Brought two XL large jumpers, didnt fit, offered credit note,dont do cash refunds,but I paid by Switch, NO DISPLAYED ANYWHERE I POINTED OUT ABOUT CREDIT NOTE, company policy, On the back of your reciept Sir, When they were put against each other one bigger than the other, GOT CASH BACK,sure I was called a Barstard
