Came home after the match to watch United so thought i would post before any of the other buggers do <img src="/forum/images/graemlins/grin.gif" alt="" />

 

Top Performance by the lads and a very exciting match especially in the second half, Alot of great football being played in the second half.

 

Ref Spot On with the sending off Stowe was through and likely to score, never seen such a calm penalty by Matty Glynn .

 

The whole team was great Jamie and Thommo as usual also thought Stowie and locke had a great game but my MOM would have been Terry Bowes great pace vision took advantage of any attacks we had !

Excellent match and could have been more goals once the first one went in - great shot from O'Connor was well saved by the replacement keeper, and he also did amazingly well to tip over from Locke shortly after. Both The Doog and Tony Maynard looked sharp when they came on - player of the match for me was Locke, with Jamie and Terry Bowes not too far behind.

 

And just in case it has passed unnoticed, this is the first double - home and away - since the exodus.

 

Everyone looked as though they wanted to win.

 

And nice to see some new badges on sale in the new-look club shop.

 

Great half time comment from Max - "Let's be 'avin' you - I thought it was a street in Dagenham" - his best joke yet.

 

The Grays 4-1 win over Exeter puts last week's scoreline into a different perspective - gate was over 1800 - wonder how many were from Exeter?

Second half, when the midfield started passing it about it was only a question of time till we got a goal - you could see the confidence coming back - Terry Bowes has got some skill & they all looked composed - seemed like a change of tactics

second half - rather than aim it first time up to the strikers, good to watch - surprised we didnt get more!
