Costas Sophocleous, chairman/manager of Ryman League Premier Division club Leyton, would like it to be known that, as from Sunday, all his players are available on free transfers.

 

Sophacleous feels that the players can't take the club in the direction he wants.

 

Players include top scorer Leli Bajada, Ben Wood, Scott Honeyball, Manny Williams, Dean Bradshaw and Trevor Paul, who all have good reputations in the game.

 

Sophocleous has made this decision despite Leyton holding a play-off place, but was hugely disappointed in the manner in which they lost to Division One side Dulwich Hamlet in the quarter final of the London Senior Cup on Tuesday.
