So how long is martin Jol gonna be there then before he sods off to Ajax. I wish he would go soon ,As I cant stand seeing them win any more games with him there. He's a good manager ,and spurs wont have him for much longer with any luck..

He has said that there is no truth in the rumour. So that's settled then...

But I agree he is an excellent manager, with Frank upstairs doing whatever Directors of Football do.

To be honest I feel more comfortable with Martin at the helm than I have since El Tel left. There's just something about the guy that makes him the right man at the right club.

When ever they say their commited to the club they always do the opposite and leave. I hope ossie Ardilles applies along with glenn hoddle and that they are the only two applicants, COME ON YOU IRONS,

Can't agree with you IM, the current Spurs team is one of the worst I've seen in my lifetime and Jol's results are no better than those under Hoddle or Francis- it's same old Tottenham- get a result at Man U and then lose at Palace and Southampton.

Maybe they should let Jol go and give the jobb to Colin Calderwood

Spurs outplayed Newcastle, should have had two penalties,7 shots to 1.I suppose it depends if your names on the cup or not.

Add Andy Reid and Shaun Davis into the mix,and you have a formidable team.Spurs definatly have the strongest squad on paper outside the top 4. (probably stonger than Liverpool as well),but yes, consistancy is the biggest problem at present, but ask Alex Ferguson how 'consistant' he was in his first OR second season with Man U ?We don't know if Jol is the 'real deal' or not yet.He needs a season or two,but he looks promising.
