I agree with Boxall that this was our worst performance for a while but I felt we controlled the game having much the better of both halfs. I never really thought we would lose although I was getting edgy in the second half. Positive sub appearances from Dan Cann and Leigh Mason and I thought we did well to keep our heads and not get to impatient.

 

I said about ten minutes before the incident - How is it Jarvis never gets sent off against us? The guy has got a screw loose. He is a liability if he can't control his temper. A bad advert for Care in the Community.

 

The second goal was never a foul and Woody clearly missed my dance behind the goal and the were not worthy chant aimed at the mighty Martini.

 

A very important result given our league position lets get on a decent run now boys.

I thought Cann and Mason looked very sharpe when they came on and were unlucky not to score. Overall a decent performance with the back three doing a good job.

 

We were not at the top of our game but fortunately for us Windsor were poor.

 

Chelmsford will be a much tougher game.

Whilst Cann & Mason were unlucky, they both should have scored in truth.

 

As for the video, what can I say... Poor lighting and cheap camera combined (if you consider £400 cheap) don't help, nor does the fact it's not a video camera really.

 

Might have to speak with the STST for next season perhaps. See what we can arrange....

HODGIE'S SEASON COMPLETELY DIFFERENT FROM LAST BY PLAYING OUT OF POSITION BUT IS SHOWING WHY THEIR IS GREAT TEAM SPIRIT WITHIN THE SIDE.

 

CANN HAS PACE WHICH THE SIDE HAS BEEN LACKING JUST NEEDS A BIT OF COMPOSURE IN FRONT OF GOAL COULD BE VERY GOOD FOR US WITH THE HECTIC SCHEDULE AHEAD.
