Attendance was 420. Windsor had approximately 40 paying fans and 40 chav's who got in for nothing.

Played really well over the 90 minutes and deserved the win. Jamie Jarvis (thug, wan**r and scholar) was sent off after 35 minutes for punching Seedel and then they took a lucky lead on half time. Seedel equalised after 65 minutes before Matt Murphy added a second after 75 thanks to some more wonderful goalkeeping from our old friend Chuck MoosyDick Martini. The third was on 90 minutes and I would like to view Gary's video clips before naming the scorer as I think it may have been over the line before Matt Murphy touched it meaning that whoever had the shot which Chuck half saved would be the scorer (was it Mason?). Could have had a load more second half with Dan Cann missing a great chance but the plus was that both he and Mason played well when they came on. There were some scares including when Daly's clearance hit one of their players and flew across the goal with Allaway beaten, but the biggest scare came at the end when the Slough fans were confronted with 20 or so rather thick looking chavs (shocking they should be from Marcus' school!!!!!). After a small coming together, BFR said boo and three of them fainted which led to the trouble subsiding and the chavs returned back to their dustbins and nine dads. All in all a pretty good night to be a Rebel. Well done lads!!!!!

Chavs had to be led away by Slough stewards. Left a very bad impression on Windsor 'support' if they're there again. (I put support loosely, as I'm sure they're not regulars).

 

Wasn't the greatest of performances, but a right result. Jarvis sent off, we win the derby, great stuff.

Good victory although disappointing performance in my opinion. One of our worst for a while...

 

Although we dominated large parts of the game and deserved to win we made things hard for ourselves. We were too narrow and not using the wings - yes we were missing Murph2 to give us more width as Chopper kept on sneaking in, but I would have expected maybe someone like Spence as the link man to get more wide and make Windsor work harder with ten men. Also our tempo to the game was poor tonight - something I know Eddie and Micky get onto the players about...

 

Communication at the back was awful tonight between the back three - just one of those days I guess.

 

On the bright side thought Leigh Mason did very well when he came on as he gave us a lot more energy with his runs, and also thought Dan Cann did well despite missing a good chance. Josias my MOM though followed by Seedel.

 

Should be no arguments with the sending's off - I was right in front f it. Jarvis pushed a Slough player (can't remember what one) in the face, and although just a push you can't raise your arms to someone's face - it's a straight red.

 

We will play better Saturday - i'm certain of that!!

* Thought we played better than you said

 

* Agree about the defence

 

* Cann and Mason did look good best they've played for us (especially Cann)

 

*Thought Hakki was poor (MUSN'T TAKE QUICK FREE KICKS) although good cross for second goal.

 

Now don't do it again!!!!!

I agree to disagree on the performance - and I usually try and stick up for us as you know, but I agree about Veli.

 

We all know what a talent Veli is and on his day I personally think he's by far the most talented player at the club, but it's not happening for him at the moment.

 

He was awesome for us in his first spell and showed glimpses when he returned at the end of last season, so you thought this season we might see the old Veli, but it just aint happening for him at the moment.

 

Hope Eddie sticks with him and gives him a run of games as an in-form Hakki would be great for us.

Jarvis did them a favour by getting himself sent off as they were far better without him. What a brainless thug. Also amusing to see how much quicker our mate Chuck started moving once they were behind. As for the Chav's.....priceless!

Very nice to pick up three points. I thought we were edging it in the first half but the tossrag being sent off helped Windsor buck up their ideas and they looked the better team until we scored our first. After that there was only going to be one winner.
