Great idea and hope its successful.

People are asking about the coach being extended to Benfleet, Hadleigh etc. I go to all the home games and wouldn't mind some company in my motor. I would be willing to pick people up in the Benfleet area at a suitable pick up point (free of charge). Wont be able to do it Friday as going straight from work in Southend. Why dont others car share as well? Its getting harder and harder to park coz all those bleedin traffic cones!

Just thought i would let you know that all your colleagues in the learning factories on Canvey have done us proud by putting our A3 posters up in prominent positions in EVERY Senior & Junior School on the island.

 

A big thankyou to them all for their support and they will be pleased to advertise for us again for any future ventures involving the kids and CIFC.Lets hope it's the introduction of a regular bus service for all the new young fans on Canvey and beyond!!

Much appreciated.The people on Canvey are missing something special if they are Footy fans but cannot afford the price of Premiership/League football and are not aware of Non-League football.

 

This must be our target group as so many of us love the game and are not aware what is on our doorstep.

 

Our Good Friday game will not only provide free transport to & from the ground, but an Easter egg is available for all home & away women and children upon entry and local U'16's get in for £1 if they drag an adult along.

 

We also have a raffle starting on this day for a superb Framed & Glass fronted Commemorative CIFC/Lee Boylan/Conference Signed shirt which will be drawn at the time of announcing the CIFC supporters 'Player of the year' before the home game against Scarborough on Sat'April 16th.

 

Conference football is what we have strived for and achieved in a short space of time so let's

bring it to the attention of the population of Canvey at every oppurtunity.

 

The current initiatives are promoted by the supporters for the supporters so lets all give it a push or shove to get friends or neighbours down to Park Lane and restore the atmosphere that got us to where we are today.
