Meridian

Meridian tonight was a joke. I don't like the way that guy slurchs forwards like he's some young school boy thats just been told off.

Also did you hear that inteview with the world record breaking boxing bird? No, you didn't hear it? No neither did I. Why the f*** did they try doing an interview with her with that bag banging the board couldn't hear a word she said. Why not wait until she had finished the attempt then talk to her?

Also lack of goals was shocking. They showed Gillingham (Obviously), Charlton (yeah okay I'll give you that one), Brighton (Er okay you can have that as well) and also Southend (WHY?).

It's not like all these teams don't get TV Coverage already they all get an hour slot on sundays at seven on sky sports one. Complete joke if you ask me. Good job we have Conference Footy .tv

With you on that Harry, I waited to see the first two goals again as I wanted to clarify if Segere's was his, but Graham S missed them...(shame on you Sir..! <img src="/forum/images/graemlins/wink.gif" alt="" />). Meridian is the only news station the missus will watch, and when I tell her thet Jay scored she always sticks around to see him on the telly... If I see Ian McBride at Stonebrodge Road again, I will make my point clear to him... (b***ards)..!!!!!!

I see they mentioned our loss against Halifax last night on Meridian... shame they didn't cover our win on Saturday.

Seems all they are interested in are Southend, f**k knows why, they are in Essex... thought Meridian region was Kent and East Sussex only?..

Still, fair play to Southend for reaching the final of the LDV Vans Trophy, due to be played in Cardiff next month, I'm bemused as to how they are expecting to fill it..?!

From the Meridian website...

"The ITV Meridian area is one of the UK's most beautiful and diverse television regions. Extending along the south coast from Weymouth to Dover, round Thanet and the Thames estuary to Southend in Essex. The region also takes in a major proportion of the Thames Valley, stretching to Reading and Marlborough."
