It's nice to be back in the same league as Gravesend and in the past we have enjoyed some excellent banter. What a pity though that this thread has been hijacked by inarticulate morons who idea of banter is simply text-speak insults. Come on G&N fans, there's a big game on Saturday. Why not use this opportunity to explain WHY you're going to beat us, WHY you are the better team, Why Canvey stand no chance. What is it about your manager that gives your team the edge, about your defence that is going to deny Boylan a crack at goal, about your strikers that is going to give Danny Potter a scare?

 

Surely you have some kind of intellectual argument to put forward, rather than, "Our players are reddy 4 it n ur gna gt beat wel bad." If you argue a reasoned case for your team's superiority you might spark an even better response from us lot and, who knows, the level of debate could escalate into something worth reading.

 

If anyone has a degree of wit about them, let them use it here and post some insults that, although we might disagree, will at least earn our respect because they are funny.

Your the lucky ones, you only have to put up with these stupid fools, now and again, we have them all the time.

I said to a friend who follows your lot, at the start of the season, that you wont get it all your own way and will be greatful to stay up in the first season, and this is looking correct,we have improved after our bad run, but after the other night who knows, i am sure you football is better than your league position suggests, so saturday should make another nerve racking game, i for one would settle for a draw, and for you all points are a bonus, i hope you get the results to stay up, but just not this weekend.
