HARROW TOMORROW

I have just rang Harrow on the condition of their pitch and was told that if the game was today, they would certainly expect to play the game. Obviously they cannot make a judgement call on the weather for tomorrow but it has been raining (following this mornings snow) there and the pitch is not water logged at the moment and is looking in okay condition. At present, they do not anticipate a pitch inspection.

 

I was also informed that if I call them tomorrow at about 11.30 / 12 they will be in a better position (obviously) to inform if the game will go ahead.

 

I will say, the person I spoke to was very informative.

I know, I read that...I think that the fall out from not smoking when under stress (which will happen tomorrow), is that Cyril the Cigarette and I will have some words followed by a civil action taken by myself...aka, a kick in the filter!!!

A few bits of team news from the Echo.... Keiran and Goths both definately out, Cuz and Forbes "should recover from knocks" to play.... no mention of Pat. Just wants us to be more dogged apparently. Woof woof bark and so on <img src="/forum/images/graemlins/wink.gif" alt="" />

Just heard from Andy Turner, that there is a pitch inspection at 10-30
