.....Why is "Chopper" called "Chopper"??

 

The wife asked this after being nosey & looking at the Town forum!!!

I have warned her about her future conduct regarding this & told her that her behaviour is being monitored.

 

So if its clean enough can you please answer her Chopper?

a few hundred years ago, when chopper was at the young age of 8, he was playing football (striker) went in for a tackle and broke a guys leg. and since then the names stuck.

 

thats why he's in goal now!

This is how it is when i was 8 was a soccer school and was asked to to a demo with the coach it was about defending so as he was comming towards me i went in for the demo tackle and damaged the poor chaps Ligaments and he called me chopper first and ever since people have called me it for past 16 years.
