Obviously poor didn't see the game then.

 

Both of sloughs goals came out of nothing, the first was a good shot, but I don't think the scorer would do it again if you gave him another 5 cracks at it.

 

The second was a tame effort that our keeper decided to jump over.

 

So, if it wasn't for these 2 frankly lucky goals Gravesend would have won 3-0. Now that would be a convincing scoreline!

As you stand in the away end you can see the opposite stand forming a kind of wedge-shape, with one end of the wall being far taller than the other, to compensate for the slope. Or am I wrong..?
