Gravesend & Northfleet defender Lee Pretheroe says manager Liam Daish has put the side "back on track" since he joined the club earlier this month.

Protheroe told BBC Radio Kent: "We lost a couple of games when Steve McKimm and Paul McCarthy took over after Andy Ford left because we got a bit complacent.

"It needed someone to put us along the right lines and put us back on track and tell us to do the simple things.

"In the last couple of matches that is what we have done."
