Poor crowd, agreed, but I think you'll find the Trophy is not the competition it was and holds less interest for Conference fans than league games... certainly until the last eight. And Slough weren't the kind of opposition to make the casual fan turn up.

 

Anyway, second goal for McCarthy in two games. He'll be our top scorer at this rate.

True, 200 or so more on the gate would have been reasonable enough, and it was disappointing, but as long as our league gate stays relatively health (14th in the Conference or so is about our level gates-wise), I'm not too worried.
