Anyway you could do it more people would then want to visit your site and I wouldn't have to open up another application everytime you posted something about the site.

As for the question about the announcement of mom, Victor definitely stayed until the bitter end. Actually, I prefer it made with 10 minutes or so to go. At least then, if the chosen one drops an almighty gonad (always a distinct possibility - remember Peter Mortley at Villa?) they have time to put it right.
