Chatham was on TV twice in one night.

First it was on a programme looking at young fathers (where better to film a documentry about young parents then Chatham?), one bloke had something like six kids and was only 23. Another had two kids and was only 22.

 

After that there was a programme about Chavs. Again where better to film a programme about Chavs than Chatham. If you want to film a documentry about rats you go to a sawer, I can't think of a better metaphor.

 

Anyway on the programme Chavs were blamed on the great 80's phenomenon Margret Thatcher, we blame her for everything else why not chavs?
