Yeah most games seem to be seggregated, even though some of the best atmospheres have been when we are aloud in the same stand. Morecombe 6-0 victory comes to mind!

Big shame if it's segregated in my opinion, we are not a rough lot and i havn't heard of any Gravesend thugs lately <img src="/forum/images/graemlins/laugh.gif" alt="" />, but i understand your club need to take safety precautions.

 

Would be nice if we can break the 1000 mark tomorrow, watya think?

The fans in the ground are the only people in Gravesend who take safety precautions. Most of the 12 year old chavs don't.
Hence a booming maternity ward at Gravesend Hospital.

This is not official news re the state of the pitch - you could try phoning the club on 01474 533796, but I'm not sure there's anyone there to answer phones this early.

 

However, the weather is very encouraging. All snow gone. Bright & sunny at the moment. Also, we also always did have a pretty decent pump for removing excess water & I'm sure it'll be working away now. I'd be very surprised if the game is postponed.

Yes - teams near the top of the Conference will probably bring a couple of hundred or more. Of course, a lot depends on travel distances - this is a national division, you know! For example, we're averaging only about 30-40 for our longer trips at the moment. Better than Leigh, at least, who will usually bring about 10 to Stonebridge Road if they're lucky.
