Don't know final card count, but Welling won 2-0, with goals from Carthy (on loan from Grays) & Spiller (bet he loved every minute of it) in the 65th & 67th minutes.

Just had a priceless chat with Ade. WSM were the most dirty,brutal team he has ever had to play against. They set out to break legs, and almost succeeded. Chris Moore got a very bad elbow in the face 10 seconds after the ball had gone.....right in front of the ref. The WSM almost walked off before the straight red.

And the ref.

Was apparently registered profoundly deaf, with full hearing aid and ear implant, and had a severe speach impediment!!!! You couldn't make it up!!!

WSM have a new manager who is not quite "all there", and appears to be a bit of a nutter. Refused to shake hands with any Welling players, or Ade after the game.

I'm just off to check out the WSM website. It might be fun.
