Out of interest,

 

a) You predict 900-1,000 ish - Why aren't the Gravesend fans taking it more seriously? Surely it's a realistic chance for you to win silverware. Our manager seems to think it's possible for us !!!

 

B) Why is the game segregated? Is that to do with one side being closed? Can't be due to a large crowd being expected based on what you've said.

Because we have been told that you are all a bunch of violent phsycos, and it is to protect us from you <img src="/forum/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" />

Seriously the decision is made based on how many your club predicts you will be bringing, we have been told about 150.

Thank you David, sorry if the answers have already been given, probably didn't look through all the threads. I'm certainly hopeful we'll bring 150 and more anyway, hopefully 200+. Looking forward to it, and although one could argue it's a bigger game for us than for Gravesend, I'd personally disagree - anyway, looking forward to a good day out.

Enjoy your day out. Davids right, they will all want to go to the final, thats the bread that lives in this town I'm afraid.

 

How many went to see the FA Cup rounds in 96 before we got Villa? Certainly not 6,000 which is what we got on the day. Okay I'm in that braket but before I went to that game I hadn't been to any others, I was a Chelsea fan and who could have expected me to go there instead of going to Chelsea. PLus I did go to see Worcester City that season after that game.

 

I hope we do get more than 1,000 but I very much dobt it.

I'm up for it..! Been developing a bazooka which is made from discarded drain pipe and fertiliser, it will shoulder mounted for accurate targeting...!! Watch out 'cameraman Bob' a few rapier strikes will be heading your way..!!

Please note though - Freindly Fire Only, that is unless we come unstuck with Slough..!!

right we need to organise this properly. i suggest at the kick off whistle, we bombard bobbie baby with snowballs from the halfway liners, the guyss in the seats bombard the dugout and the guys nearer the away fans bombard them. although getting daish would not be as funny as getting baldy fordy it would still be a bit of a giggle. lets do it. up the fleet snowfirm
