I am a member of Barkingside fc who had a decent result today against london apsa.Unfortunately the result has been ruined by some people,one of whom is an esl manager,spreading rumours, directly to some of our players by telephone insinuating that some of our players are being paid without the knowledge of the rest of our squad.Can i say that this is absolute garbage and we are well aware that particular indivduals are doing this to unsettle some of the players with a view to signing some of them.We have a decent team and try to play football the right way,more importantly The people who work tirelessly to run the club have the upmost respect from the players and management team and this is starting to show in our performances.We realise our limitations and hope to finish in a respectable league position and have a game next week against an excellent Waltham Abbey team,hopefully with a view progressing in the cup.The people or person will know exactly who they are when they read this and we will not allow this to continue. Players who play for Barkingside do so for the love and enjoment of the club and none i repeat none of the players are being paid a penny.I am sorry for washing our dirty linen in public but enough is enough.

my point on an earlier posting, waiting for someone to f.........up, do we all need this crap, we should enjoy our football, forget past and look forward to the future aand encourage the youngsters to get involved, at this rate sadly what do some people want or expect ?????????

I wish to clarify certain rumours circulating around the esl that i have apprently been spreading certain issues that have been on-going at barkingside fc for some time,what goes on at other clubs within the esl has not or has never been anything to do with me,i have enough problems of my own to sort out at my own club during a season like any other manager within the esl,so for certain individuals at a particular club within the esl to start blaming me for problems within their own club is beyond me,the problems that arise at any club within the esl past or present have had nothing to do with ME.

Hey Darren, I believe you, but denying something on here which you have not been accused of could end up a tad complicated. Remember Watergate, when the Nixon aide said to Bob Woodward that they denied any connection with the break in...when he hadn't even asked. Still no rumours, no website..

If not naming names, name the club responsible. You have gone far enough to put it on here so at least give us some ammunition or clues.

 

No slander but at least point us in the right direction!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

 

Rumours are rumours. Any juicy gossip gets passed, then added to and spiced up. Thats life fella ( if you are a male?) In all walks of life it occurs, get over it!

Where did you go? Caffeine overload? The APSA game seems in doubt on Tuesday, what with the weather that is in the pipeline.

If the Beckhams have a daughter next, they could call her Isle.

Then when they go to school the teacher could call them out and say: Hey, Cruz, Miss Isle!

God, I am getting worse than Zody. I know what it is....I haven't had a drink since last Monday night....
