Andy's Testimonial

The club have agreed to give Andy a testimonial match.

 

Andy hopes that it will be held on Friday 29th April and will be a match between the Ryman Championship side and the current side.

In all seriousness, it sounds like a well-deserved gesture for the legend that is Andy Ford.

I wonder who'll be on the Ryman-winning side? Derek Bryan and Denver McKenzie are automatic choices, I would imagine...

It will be interesting to see who does turn out for Andy.....Che, for instance, was very much a part of the championship side but probably wasn't on the best of terms with him when he left.

 

Whoever is playing Andy deserves a good turnout.

talking to mick ward today andys testimonial wont go ahead.

he was a manager not a player and it was his choice to go, its not going to happen. and the ryman team some players dont want to play anyway
