No - I didn't say that. You're changing the question to suit your own answers.

I said that based on a people per area ratio, our capacity would be higher than 4098 - it's the lack of exits that restricts it, so closing ONE stand wouldn't alter it by much.

However, if 3 stands were closed, the people per space ratio would give a result far smaller than the current figure - as such the capacity would then be greatly decreased.
