Apart from Big Darren and Aaron there is no-one else fit to play unless we miraculously bring in a loan signing at the last minute. What has happened to Tamba Ngongou? And does anyone know if the yank will be eligible to play????

Conor is another victim of the Bureaucracy. Conor's been there since 12/26/04 training with MFC and on his own. He can't seem to get a straight answer from the bureaucracy & get his papers resolved; (much like your experiences with TDC.) He's been ready, willing, able and chomping at the bit to play. He was willing to play for MFC without getting paid and they were willing to have him, but the FA says without papers he can’t play in front of a paying crowd. Pretty silly don’t you think? So in summary, the FA won’t let him play & the UK won’t let him work. With the current exchange rate & being unable to work or earn money without papers, the lads burned through most of the funds he saved to chase his dream of playing football in the UK. Unfortunately, it looks like he will have to leave, try to resolve his papers from home, earn some money and try again next year. It's truly a lose lose situation for both MFC and Conor. He doesn’t get to play football & MFC loses a lad who loves the game, is a solid player and can be a dominant force in the middle. He played with Peter & Ross @ URI. Played in front of Ross in the middle. Lot's of clean sheets! He would have done you proud. He's done us proud. Admittedly I’m a bit biased. Good Luck on Hartsdown Park. Good luck with TDC. Shame was looking forward to seeing him play in a [color:"blue"]Gate[/color] shirt well hope he can come back for next season.

 

Damn politics he should have tried to get political asylum they would greeted him with open arms.

I am so sorry that the clearance has not come through for Conor. I was really looking forward to seeing him play, if he is anything as good as Ross and Peter we would have been very lucky to have him. I hope he gets his dream, and I hope it is with MFC, and the both of us go forward and do well!

The trouble with that is that when the same happened in Autumn, he got so bad that he was out for about 6 weeks, and during that time Alex went to full back;and frankly we were rubbish

 

That was unfair on both, and Alex has shown his true worth in his midfield role-been playing well there- and it would be a shame if he 'went backwards again.

 

If Conor can't play then maybe CK can pull a loanee out of the bag.

 

Maybe Hugh McCauley from Aldershot could play for us in midfield until end of season.

 

If PB has damaged his achilles, i guess thats his season finished

Just read on Kent on line, that embargo is still on,PB may be ok but Greg ,Alex and Che all doubtful; so guess that means Nedj. will be playing outfield and if we can get Tamba back we may just have 11 players.
