Seems the wonderful people at Transport for London have close the DISTRICT LINE, No service between Earl's Court and Whitechapel due to planned engineering work.

 

Looks like a lot of re-working of the simple journey from Welling to Hornchurch!

 

Help would be nice.

Been like that for weeks James, caused the Sheepshhhhhhhhhh sorry , the Newport fans no end of a problem so my suggestion:

 

Get a ratler to Gravesend, ferry to Tilbury, ratler to Upminster and hey presto you know the rest!

 

Alternatively Woolwich Ferry, bus down to East Ham, ratler to Upminster Bridge, blimey you're only Sarf of the Father T mate!!

How about London Bridge to West Ham then hop on the District to Upminster Bridge?

 

Would this work, or have I just thought up a new Tube line from somewhere?

If the district line is out you can get c2c from West Ham to Upminster.

London Bridge to West ham is Jubilee line I think!

Yes its the JUBILEE LINE, the only problem with that is that On Sat 19 and Sun 20 Feb, no service between Stanmore and Neasden. Replacement buses operate.

 

Does that affect us?

nah mate thats the other side of london,you will be ok,alot of aggro for what is a distance of 7 miles as the crow flies,you are nearer to us than grays,they should get a fecking bridge from erith to rainham

That's the route I would take and is the most easiest.

i would get the c2c from west ham to upminster and walk from there or get the district line back one stop to upminster bridge,prob 10-15 mins quicker at least

Yeh definitely to Upminster pop in Yeoman, walk down to Upi Bridge pop in Bridge House

Then onto ze clubhouse for the real show Urchinettes a plenty

i am going to predict the gate on saturday to 663,my opinion may change though nearer the game,whatever the gate is it will be added by two as i won't be able to attend until half time as i have to take the missus to the arsenal v sheff utd game first.
