As it's a question in addition to the original statement, then yes. Also, new sentences always start with a capital.

Apperantly so, my GCSE english teacher told me that you NEVER start a sentence with an "and". Question or not. Although she was well fit so I was hung on her every word.

I have just entered my original sentence into three different items of software on this computer.

 

Each time, I asked the software to check spelling & grammar - not one of the three items of software could find a problem with the grammatical formation of the sentence.
