Bloody hell lads.....Thanks for your support in giving me the unenviable task of sorting you motley gang out but by the looks of it i think you`ve already done my job in picking the team for me.....

 

I think Raver hit the nail on the heads lads, Lets just keep playing & enjoying for the time being....

 

If poss on Sun after the game i wouldn`t mind having chat with whoever turns up & get a general feel of people`s opinions on team selection & how you think it should work...

I think rolling subs is the best idea... Do we really want this becoming a real serious thing with people not getting games being resentfull !

It should be done so that the people who are commited and turn up on a Sunday play, those who never go training and just want to play the match shouldn't really be included.

 

If it's gonna be done it should be done fairly, like a Sunday team would be. You train, you play, you don't train, you don't play. Simple.

PM, what about people who can't come on Sunday due to either there kids playing (EMH) or as in Neil's case lives in fcking Maidstone!!

 

Come on we want to win don't we.....if it's the case that if you don't turn you don't play then i'm happy for someone like EMH or Neil to take my place!!!

That's fair enough I agree, but those who want to play and don't turn up for training cos they can't be bothered, it'd be unfair that they play? Surely?
