Strange! No rumblings from this end. We were sure he had gone to you and were quite pleased that he was getting a chance at a higher level as we thought he was a brilliant player.

Interesting. Why 'agent' in quotes?

I can't see the Daggers have been anything but straight here. It started badly when he didn't tell the club he was suspended for the Saturday after he signed until the deal was done and seems to have headed downhill from there.

We were supposed to have him back on loan last week but because of the mess this problem has caused he is not allowed to play for anyone until it is sorted.

There is a reason for the quotes around agent but not something I can explain here.

Someone is definately being an idiot. It may well have gone to the FA but I can't really see how they can rule against the Daggers.

Both clubs and the player agreed terms and signed, he's registered as a Daggers player. I can't see why the 'agent' has a leg to stand on here. They are hardly keeping close to their player if he can go off and agree a transfer without them finding out until afterwards. And now, this is hardly in the players interest I'd have thought.

And I can't see the Daggers letting him play for anyone until its settled. After that, I guess you are welcome to him.

It was sent to the FA by Dagenham to sort the problem.

Morgan just wants to play football.

Whether Dagenham want him to play for anyone else is irrelevant, while the FA are are dealing with this he can't play.

Anonymous, Dagenham & Redbridge were fully aware of the outstanding one match suspension as I faxed the paperwork to them myself. I fully understand the club's frustration at what is happening and I'm sure the FA will tell the alleged 'Agent' to pi$$ off as [a] he is not registered as an agent with the FA and, he certainly wasn't the player's agant when he was playing for us!

I do feel a certain amount of sympathy for the player as he is a young lad in a foreign country and it seems someone's trying to make a fast buck out of him, let's hope that it is all sorted out fairly quickly and that Dagenham can finally get to see a real gem playing for them.

According to what I have been told the suspension was faxed through to the Daggers on the Thursday night (20th) after the player and W&EFC had agreed the deal.

Not too late to stop the deal happening but definately after the Daggers should have been made aware of it.

Also, I beleive that under FIFA rules a parent, spouse or a barrister can act as a players agent without being registered. So what of the above is this 'agent'?
