So do you think we have any contenders for the goal of the season for Canvey players so far. I think Duffers goal against northwich gets my vote <img src="/forum/images/graemlins/applaus.gif" alt="" />.

Midgleys against Daganham was pretty special

Jonnie Keeling against Forest Green and Midgley against Dagenham at Daggers.

Duffers goal was a cracker - will be hard to top.

 

Two others that spring to mind was Midgeleys strike at Dagenham - this may have been down to where I was standing though; did seem impressive.

 

As for a well taken goal - Juniors strike at Scarborough - We were sitting more or less behind the goal and you could see him line it up near the edge of the box and he curled it just wide of the outstretched keeper.

 

Weirdly I can't think of any oustanding goals from Lee - although I'm probably having a blonde moment and gone a bit brain dead. <img src="/forum/images/graemlins/confused.gif" alt="" />

I think our best team goal has to be Midgley`s away to Stevenage.

Midgley's goal against Dagenham at home. The build up leading to the goal was excellent.

for me it has to be duffys goal on saturday but as said b4 midgleys at home to daggers was class,great build up play with a good finish

Yep got to be Duffy for me (against the wind aswell). Midgleys at Dag & Red was a superb goal. Best goal i think lee has scored this season was either the free kick against stevenage away or the nice little chip over the keeper at home against tamworth from sedgemore's quick free kick.
