Out and About

 

There were 28 days/nights in the month – I did 7 Nightshifts meaning a potential 21 days to go out. I went out 13 times, so I spent 8 nights in and 4 of these are in the new section entitled round my love intrests.

Out of these 13 Nights out – 4 of them involves staying out after the last train of these 1 were all-nighters.

 

I managed to keep a pretty good track of all the bars and pubs I went in (not including football clubhouses/nightclubs) and according to my diary I drunk in 22 different licensed venues of which some were duplicated from last month and the running total is 40.

 

I'm yet to leave the country

As previously mentioned I worked 7 Nightshifts I also worked 5 Day shifts and had 2 days of special duties, meaning I worked 14 days and had 14 days off – Not bad.

Hold on a minute, I do have a broad taste in music, these are the bands I've seen live. I do listen to more music than the bands I see - doh!

Not a great deal of Northern Soul bands about these days, and if your going to be pedantic then when I visit nighclubs I hear Trance, Techno, Crap Dance, Northern Soul, 60's, 70's .....

When was the last time you saw the [****!!****] Beatles?

I've seen two of the Beatles live on the odd occasion they've played locally.

 

I rarely get to gigs these days, but if you look at the ones I've been to over the last five years say, they're very varied.

If I were doing a list of "people I've shared a pint with", this would be the criteria...

 

1) Either I bought them a drink, or

2) They bought me one.

 

You simply cannot include mates of mates who just happen to sit at the same table or non-league chairman you say hello to when cuddling a Smirnoff Ice.

I've never claimed to mate.

I don't keep a list, so I can't answer how I would deal with the situation of meeting a new person out and not remembering their name. I doubt I'd include them though. I'd probably wait until I shared a pint with them again, and remembered their name.
