Does anyone remember Jamie Carragher getting sent off at The Home Of Football for throwing a coin into the crowd that had been thrown at him? The ball was out of play then but it was still violent conduct.

The sending off yesterday was correct but would not have happened if the officials had taken the proper action over the benchs antics when they first started and sent them back to sit on the bench or in the stand.
