Slough vs AFC Wimbledon date

Slough's Bryco Cup tie with AFC Wimbledon will take place on Tuesday 22nd February, kicking off at 7.45. The game will also see a kids for a quid promotion so hopefully that will have some success and we will get some more people through the gate in addition to those coming to support the away side.

 

It means for the second time this month we will be playing back to back cup matches and the Bryco game is followed by the trip to Gravesend.

 

The league fixture with Staines which was due to be played on 22nd February will be rearranged for another date.

Is it true that Slough charged £3 admission for your last Bryco Cup game, but plan to charge £6 for the AFC Wimbledon game ? Bit naughty if true isn't it ??

No, it isn't true. I paid £6 to watch Slough beat Salisbury. It is same price for the game against AFCW.

That stems from my mistake. Didn't have to pay for the other half as she runs the club shop on match days. I thought they had taken for her, but they didn't have to.

Salisbury game was 6 and 3 respectivley

 

in fact Slough FC should take credit ...even the fa cup matches prices were kept low.....

I'm pretty sure that the Salisbury game was free for kids, if not I'm not sure how my son got in as i didnt pay for him, and he followed me in.!

its not going to affect me from coming but i think you will find that the date coincides with the Champions league 1st leg games, hope this doesn`t lower the crowd too much, but well done Slough on kids for a quid. Since mentioning to my mates we have afc Wimbledon there has been a lot more interest in the game though

Well spotted Richie. It clashes the night that Arsenal and Liverpool are on the box, rather than Chelsea and Man United, so that works a bit in our favour I think

There will be one less there as I will be in Barcelona for the Chelsea game on the following day - but I will be thinking of Slough ( if I'm sober !! )
