I "heard" (I prefer the old spelling thanks) on Essex radio "Twenty reasons to be proud of Essex." So I think we can just take it on that that Essex radio is just plain silly.


P.S Just heard on Radio Kent, which is the Garden of England as oppossed to Essex which is the sesspit, that we should know by tommorrow morning. So I very much doubt that if you did hear who it was that you'd hear tonight.

His record is he got the sack from Havent after years of failure.Then Welling didnt give him the job after he was caretaker .They gave it to ade who had no experience. What have we done.

Well at least there is a buffer in place to take the rap for any poor decisions/reults..!! It will be interesting to see how the team layout changes and if Liam has the power seek new players with long term commitment..! In fairness, he has come into the club during a rough patch, so hopefully the new appointment will gee up the squad and end the season fighting fit...!! He's better than nothing, so let's see what happens here-on.

Agree with you there Mike, be a struggle but we would still avoid relegation this season without a manager. My faith in the Directors has been severely hit by this decision. Hopefully, it is a caretaker or short term role until the end of the season!

 

What a waste of a fantastic opportunity for the club to get the best to take that extra step forward.
