We all backed your bid when you went your own way, but I think you realise that you have put alot of noses out of joint. This is not being jealous of your support and wage bill, as your squad is more than capable of winning this league hands down. However in sport their is a way to conduct yourself, just look at AFC Wimbledon.

Mr QnQ if you win the next two Saturdays then good luck to you in the League Cup. You cannot win the league this season with the quality of Barkingside, Burnham and Abbey this season. If we dont win it they will.

 

I for one wish your team well in your quest for a new ground of your own. We know what it is like not to have a ground of our own.

 

As for being aloof we are a mix of ordinary fans no lords no ladies. We as a fans owned club put money into our team and expect to see something in terms of performance for that. Nothing wrong with desire to win. If we are still in this league next season we will still be up the top of it and making it hard for Romford and the rest to get promotion but I think you guys aren't ready yet to come out of administrative intensive care. But if the fans keep working at it the days of the mighty Borough will return! And then you might be accused of all the things you've accused us of! Good luck with the hard work first though!

so you supported the setting up of ETFC, so what, exactly have ETFC done to upset up?

Perhaps it was those of us who turned up at Waltham Abbey all supporting Romford that is causing the upset. I still don't understand what his problem is though. Next time we'll support Abbey (ok, I mean go somewhere else!).

 

The two legs in the league cup should be something for both sides to look forward to. Its a close call. Town will need to play as well as they did at Rush Green in the league game over both legs to get through.
